"let me start with the positive ones. grub makes some creative paninis/sandwiches and plays some great music. at my first visit I had the hammer of thor in a baguette, which was a beautiful large part and super tasted. the service was very fast and also, although I arrived on a busy Monday during the lunchtime. the negative is that the inner is not the most welcoming. it is a bit naked and economical look. could be 5 stars, but just need this additional touch to make the inner more attractive."

"first we came in and it was really ugly. there were quiet music and the furniture was really nice. next we ordered, but our waitress was a bit grumpy. but our food came in 14 minutes. it is like almost food restaurant. the Canadian breakfast was really good and the pancakes were huge and delicious. it is a really good restaurant and some of the waiters are really polite. this is a definite 4-star restaurant I just turned 12"

"I ordered delivery from this restaurant at midday today. The food did not arrive until 2.40pm. The chicken in the chicken burgers was not sufficient to fill the buns. They made a mistake with the toastie filling, so I called them and they said they would send a replacement. At 3.20pm, the manager called my house and initially said the replacement was on its way. However, he then became aggressive towards my partner, raising his voice and interrupting him. He blamed everything but his own business for the delay and errors, even blaming us despite living within the delivery area and paying £3 for delivery. It is now 4.55pm and the replacement toastie still has not arrived. I paid for something I never received and received abusive behavior from the owner. I will not be returning to this place as the customer service is terrible. I am now uncomfortable knowing that this angry man has my phone number and address."

"We had made a reservation at The Wilderness a while back, but unfortunately our plans were disrupted by COVID. Finally, we were able to visit for lunch on Saturday, and it was definitely worth the wait. We chose the ten-course tasting menu along with a couple of glasses of their 'hacked' wines. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and water, and our meal began. The variety of dishes was outstanding; from crispy pig cheek with apricot gel, to steak tartare, turbot, and mackerel. Standout dishes included a delicious beetroot ice-cream with a rich ajoblanco, and a fantastic mushroom and 'bread pudding' that was like a gourmet version of mushrooms on toast. The service was excellent, each course was tasty, and the wines, especially the Chardonnay 2.0 and the Vermouth, were top-notch. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and music made it all worthwhile."

"I was looking for zero star for this place. The worst customer service I ever experienced. Rude staffs and poor quality food. I hope the owner take some action before his business go down . They done ever read the note on your order. I have mentioned in the note that on delivery please call not to knock on the door , the delivery driver banging on the door 1am. Woke everybody in the house. On top of that missing drink on my order and when I called them, I was shocked how rude and not even an apology. The food was not good at all, over cooked burger, dry chips . If you want good burgers good customer service go to ALI BABA. DONT BUY ANY FOOD AT KENS KEBAB."

"We happened upon this little shop whilst perusing Harrogate and brought a selection of Cheeses to take to family that evening. The two ladies working were fantastic in helping us choose a lovely Brie with Truffle, Smoked Cheddar and a strong Blue. With a little taster of each we were soon agreed and the three cheeses were nicely wrapped up in paper.Our hosts loved them that evening and being local themselves have plans to pop in and see the array on offer for themselves."

"I love this small restaurant. It's always bustling with customers, and that's because they offer delicious food and drinks on their menu! This morning, I ordered a coffee and almond croissant, which was really tasty. I also tried the plain croissant. I appreciated that they were individually packaged, it made me feel safer. I also enjoy their fresh juices. The staff is amazing and provides excellent customer service. Keep up the good work, guys!"

"I brought my girlfriend here for a Valentine's Day dinner. We were looking for a local option in North London. It was a fantastic evening overall, with generous portions of food. I almost filled up on the chicken strip starters, they were so good! The restaurant offers great value for money and has beautiful views from every seat. I highly recommend this place. The service was good, with waiters regularly checking in on us."

"The ambiance at this restaurant is pleasing. However, we noticed that our orders were taken after another couple that arrived after us, so the service could be more attentive. The breakfast we had was delicious. While the menu didn't mention an option for turkey speck, they were willing to add it to our order or replace it with something else when we asked. They also offer soy milk as an alternative option. One negative aspect to note is the restroom, which definitely needs improvement. There was black mold on the walls, the room was very cold, and we even saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor, with the kitchen located right next to it."
