"I usually don't write reviews, but I just had the most amazing breakfast and had to share about this place. I discovered it randomly on Deliveroo and had never heard of it before, but I'm so happy I decided to try something new instead of my usual spot. The menu is extensive and everything sounds delicious, but I decided to try the Bhurji breakfast with avocado, a paratha, melon refresher smoothie, and a coffee. Every item was absolutely delightful. The flavors were delicate and sweet, the bread was soft and fluffy, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the smoothie was. I highly recommend this place!"

"eating was great, the setting is great the food arrived immediately so that they could ask themselves why only 1 out of 5 stars. the reason is simple. I don't appreciate seeing her waiter running around with his underwear on the show while I eat my food. train their employees properly when they work and represent their institution so today I returned to meating room with my wife and children who receive an email from the owner. I can only say I was impressed before eating and the atmosphere etc. and today I can add the service was impeccable. smart dressed happy smiles personal made the trip that is much more pleasant. eating as before was served quickly and tasted super. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family as a great place to eat"

"Where can the current menu be found ? Update 6/12/23 Called in for lunch yesterday around 13.30 had trouble finding a parking space, luckily a couple who were shopping across the road, not from the Red Lion went back to their car and vacated the space for us to pull into. That was one hurdle over, walked into the pub expecting it to be packed solid due to the volume of vehicles in the car park only to find a handful of locals at the bar. Tables and chairs were plentiful, but no sign of any food about, being eaten or otherwise, no sign of cutlery, condiments or anything else that implied food was for sale. Previous reveuwee’s state nice food and give high scores , fail to understand this. To all intense and purposes this was a pub and nothing else even though there was a sandwich board at the roadside,needless to say we left and had a nice all day English Breakfast at The Cabin B o C. So really you did us a favour."

"The bartender was rude and disrespectful, making unprofessional faces and complicating a simple request. Her behavior was intentionally discourteous and unpleasant. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a negative review, and I have the support of two teachers and a former police officer. The pub itself is lovely with a great atmosphere, thanks to its small size, wonderful music, and friendly customers. However, my experience, along with similar feedback from others, suggests that this bartender should consider a different career, as she clearly lacks an understanding of customer service and poses a risk to the establishment's success."

The credit card machine was not working so I had to exit to withdraw cash, which was not convenient in many ways. But overall the food was good and the ambience was very good."

"It would have been stars across the board but for the noise level from a party of that arrived whilst we were tucking into our main course. No fault of the restaurant as business is business and recovering from the pandemic, the management and team at Sai has worked extremely hard to service the clientele…it was just the fact we needed to shout at each other to hear ourselves that knocked a star off for me. The food was exquisite, the service brilliant and we look forward to returning soon but this time we will ask if there are any large table bookings in advance"

"Spotted Pixxa when I was in Farringdon so checked it out. They specialize in Roman style pizza which are rectangular slices of pizza found in Rome. There were so many choices hence I decided to revisit another day for it. Went back on a Monday lunch when it was nice and quiet and got the 3 slice deal for £10.95. After choosing my slices, I thought they just give it to you but it goes in the oven once more so they are piping hot. I got settled and started to take photos as usual when I heard these crunching noises from the guy opposite. It was then I realized how thin and crispy the pizza base was which was my liking because I am extreme when it comes to the pizza base; it has to be thin and crispy or thick and bready, there is not in between! The three flavours I got were the artichoke and nduja, potato and rosemary, sausage and scamorza. I started with the potato and rosemary first because it had the lightest taste, the first bite was impressive because of the pizza base which was thin and airy like pan de cristal/glass bread. Then there was the fluffy yet crispy potato which was crushed/crumbled to cover the pizza evenly. The other two pizzas were both equally good but the artichoke and nduja was probably my favourite because of the pairing and the spicy kick from the nduja. The sausage and Scamorza with onions was another lovely combo but somehow, I am loyal to the English pork sausage so nothing quite beats it. Overall, I was impressed as the pizzas were not too oily or heavy to give you that bloated feeling. They are also doing a pizza challenge where you eat 6 slices but I didn't realize the slices were that big so it doesn't quite seem possible! Will definitely return when I am feeling peckish because you can just get them by the slice. The guy there was really friendly and there is an upstairs as well which I didn't know on the first visit. The ambiance upstairs was so relaxing that you could stay there all day."

"We were really looking forward to this reservation as we have heard about Rosa Madre for a long time. Little details like the cutlery, wine glasses and plates as second to none. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. The decor was nice and cosy but i think for a table of 2 you're kind of shoved down the side where it was very busy as the kitchen was at the other end. Now for the food... Prawn starter was tasty, plenty of prawns, maybe a bit too much going on with the sauces had like 3 maybe 4 different varieties of tastes. The burrata was one of the nicest we have ever eaten The mains we got Cavatelli with Sausages Ragu and a fillet steak. We got a bottle of Primitivo which was delicious and complimented the food really well. We didnt get desert but the knew it was my wives birthday so they brought us out a tiramisu and it was SO light and tasty im not a desert fan or coffee but i have to say it was really really nice. "Staying on business. Decided to try this place as it was no 6 on Tripadvisor The whole time I was there, I was the only customer. The host was super friendly. Music was great. Over the years I must have eaten in over 200 Indian restaurants and I can honestly say that this was one of the worst ! All of the food was so over cooked it was terrible. Even the rice was burnt. The nan bread was like a brick. I complained and the host brought the chef out who just shrugged his shoulders, smiled at me and walked off. Appalling ! I won’t be going back."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."
