"We ordered a delivery for foot long chicken and bacon ranch (cheese and toasted) and a foot long Spicy Italian (extra cheese and toasted) Instead we got two Spicy Italians with no cheese and not toasted- stone cold. Also the meat wasn’t at the bottom...of the bread so it all fell out as it was basically upside down. When we rang to say that it was wrong they didn’t answer as it had “shut”. As someone who used to work at subway I know how to make a sub and that there are staff still around after closing so someone was probably there to answer the phone. I know the standard and this definitely wasn’t met. We really want a refund. We paid £22 for something that wasn’t our order. Really unhappy."
