"I ordered a wrap meal, buffalo wings, 2 sets of hot wings, onion rings, and a piece of chicken at this restaurant. Unfortunately, all the food was served cold except for the wrap. The hot wings were overcooked and dry, while the buffalo wings appeared to have been quickly reheated in the microwave with sauce sloppily poured on top. The skin was wrinkled and the sauce was so hot that it spilled out and burned me through my shirt. Additionally, the chips were missing from my order. I used to be a regular customer but it seems like the quality has really declined. When I called to complain, I was passed around from person to person and received no explanation or apology. It seemed like they didn't care, so I ended up hanging up in frustration."
