"I have dined at this restaurant several times and have always been pleased with my experience. However, last night was disappointing due to what seemed to be a change in staff, resulting in terrible service. We waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken, and then an additional 45 minutes before our food arrived. The waitress spent most of her time chatting with friends at another table while we were left waiting. When the food finally arrived, one of my dining companions had to wait another 10 minutes for his meal. The food itself was excellent, but a pleasurable dining experience depends on good service as well, and last night it was lacking. It will be a long time before we consider visiting Lasa again."
