"Absolutely appalling!! Booked as a treat for myself and 3 family members as I have been to other Marco Pierre restaurants and have always had a fantastic experience. The menu was small simplistic so we were expecting the food to be cooked to a high standard. Instead the food was very bland and not well cooked and we all said we could have cooked better food at home. Our orders were mixed up brought out in the wrong order and the staff were in-experienced and extremely rude. The waitress then started clearing our table when one of the party was still eating and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could please wait until we had all finished. She then returned minutes later and bluntly asked ‘do you want deserts or the bill’. We were then rushed off of the table despite the fact that the restaurant was pretty quite and we still had half a bottle of wine to finish. The cheek of it is that we then had to pay the 12.5% service charge for this **** experience! If it hadn’t been for the fact that another member of the group paid the bill, I would have refused to pay the full amount and walked out. Do not waste you money or time here- this ruined our evening and next time we will go round the corner to Zizi’s and have a much better meal experience!!"

"A wonderful birthday night in the company of 5 special girlfriends in the beautiful Kitchen Market Garden Hampton Hill here I am with Francesco the owner who looked after us with complimentary prosecco on arrival ... Fabulous good and a beautiful cake from Gillian decorated by the chef covered with cherry brandy crushed meringues and fresh fruit we didn't get a photo but it looked and tasted great followed by a bottle of champagne on the house... We danced the evening away and had a fabulous time... Francesco even gave me a bottle of his own special wine to take home and not forgetting the gorgeous waiter who donned a chefs apron and presented the cake in true style thank you every one for making last night so special Francesco your my long lost brother !"
