"I recently visited this restaurant through a Living Social deal for a stay and dine package. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service was terrible - the waiter didn't even ask us if we wanted drinks, which should be a standard part of any dining experience. As a result, we went without drinks for the entire 2-hour meal. The waiter seemed disinterested and unhappy in his job. I ordered steak, which required an additional £4 payment. When we tried to leave after the meal, the waiter chased us down to pay for the water we had bought at the bar, as if we were trying to avoid paying the £4 charge. The dinner service was extremely slow, lasting around 2 hours, and the food was not impressive. Overall, the service was appalling and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I visited on Saturday, 26th January 2019 at 8pm."
