"Food was great, drinks were great. Service was bad. There were three tables and about 4 members of staff. We had to wait a while before our order was taken and we ordered drinks. Food arrived before our drinks did. We had to ask three times for water. It took asking the staff member who was playing games on his phone behind the bar, before we could get any water to the table. When we got the bill I asked given how slow the service had been if we could have the service charge removed. Waitress informed me that's not possible, it cant be removed it's added to everyone's bill. It is a real shame because the food is good. I just can't deal with the slow uninterested service again."
