"Visited this morning and was shocked by the lack of Covid safe procedures. Since the recent rule change on mandatory facemasks being worn until you are seated was introduced, we all understand it's a pain but are trying to do our bit to keep each other safe. People were strolling in and around without masks including the server. Yes, there's hand sanitiser available on entry but hardly anyone using it and no track trace being carried out. The place was packed with little or no social distancing especially the queue to be served. Really, it's a potential virus hotbed. No management around to speak with and I certainly won't be returning. Please do something to make this coffee shop safe for your customers."

"I would just like to thank their fellow workers who have offered today, one who has found me a car with a small child and baby seat, the cash that kept my baby while I packed and the dame that came to help when I take the car with a hand and hungry baby in the other. every time I get into these, the teamworkers are great with the babies, usually provide entertainment while they turn while I packs pockets."

"slow service and not good eating. my burger had no sauce at all and was therefore very dry. my wife ordered a baked kartoffel and others than the fact that they did not store enough for their menu, the cook did not know how to prepare a baked kartoffel appropriately. it was hard and the sea fish my wife had decided to put back mayo. the cutlery was not sufficiently clean as we could see that it streaky brander over them all suspect that they were not too bad with clean water apart from the chips."
