"Wouldn 't normally complain about food but I feel I need to after tonight 's experience! Ordered food for delivery and it turns up before the time it said it was expected (great as I was starving! Only to open it to find it was cold.... I mean stone cold! My husband rang the restaurant to state this and all my husband got was abuse down the phone saying that 'it 's not their fault if it 's cold and to put it in the microwave! ' 1 I don 't have a microwave 2. The point of a takeaway is so that you don 't have to mess about cooking or warming things up after a long hard day! The very rude man on the phone also stated that the only time they change any food is if it 's poorly cooked!!! He said no food or money back will be given, why should we pay for a service that isn 't delivered! The attitude of staff is completely disgusting and to turn round and say that we should warm our own food up after ordering is completely disgusting! Will not be ordering from them again!"
