"We had the Kitchen Table at Maze and it was truly one of the most memorable dining experiences ever and we have been to many top-end restaurants in the major cities all over the world. The service was extremely attentive and impeccable. The food was creative and so delicious and the courses kept coming and coming. We even got to prepare our own second dessert with the pastry chef. All of the chefs came to the table and introduced their dishes. Being in the kitchen gave us the unique vantage point as how efficient and hard a successful kitchen works. I did learn that the UK Service Charge applied did not go to the staff so be prepared to provide cash gratuities to the waiter and wine steward. This dining experience is a must for foodies!!!"

"On Open Table we picked a waterfront view restaurant for 7:30pm. When we arrived, the restaurant name was not clearly marked and we found out it was a Hooka Lounge, not the restaurant it was made out to be in Open Table. They directed us to the inside restaurant where the owner or manager greeted us rudely and told us we should know what restaurant we were booking and that he had a full house coming in at 8:00 pm (1/2 the restaurant was empty or tables were getting up). We were very upset as it was late and we were now far from all other places to eat so we sat by the bar. He finally conceeded to sit us at a regular table. We ordered drinks and the waitress came back to tell us they couldn 't make those drinks. We ordered a 2nd set of drinks and the same thing happened. I then just ordered a glass of wine. Restaurant was so dark, we could barely read the menu. Food was good but they wanted to bring out apps and food all at once after we told them we wanted oysters first with drinks. I would not recommend nor go back"

"A truly mesmerising dining experience. Me and a group of 8 others came here for a birthday meal and we can all honestly say it was outstanding! From the cocktails to the service to the food. It really lives up to Gordon Ramsay’s deserved title (we expected nothing less ! We ordered to the staffs recommendations to ensure we got the best of the best of what lucky cat had to offer. A really authentic classy atmosphere. The flower arrangement on the outside really sets mood from the start. My recommendation food wise would be the JFC chicken, the lamb chops and the fried rice. cannot recommend the fried rice enough ! It was such a simple dish done extremely well, I didn’t know rice could be anymore delicious! The cocktails were very smooth and you can tell they are made with the finest alcohols. Overall 10/10 and 5 full stars"

"The atmosphere was a bit flat to begin with, but then the bar started to fill out so it was less 'echoy '. The food really was outstanding, presentation too and I will definitely go again. Think they should dim the lights in the bar, too bright. There were 4 of us, our steaks were spectacular, the starters too. Also the tableware and glassware were of a high standard. Thank you for a super evening."

It seems there may be a disconnect between the expectations set by their branding (aiming for a Gordon Ramsay-level quality) and the reality of their offerings, which seem more aligned with wanting to be superior to chains like P.F. Chang's. I would be willing to return, but likely with a smaller group, as I don't feel they manage larger parties very well."
