"Made my girlfriend cry. I don’t even want contact from the management. I just want people to know that they are extremely rude for a company working in the service sector. Better not order from too good to go and have the audacity to turn up late due to public transport and lack of public knowledge. They will instead of being polite ask you to declare what time it is in a humiliating tone, as if you’ve been a naughty school child returning from lunch late. Absolutely shocking experience for someone using the service for the first time and not being a resident in Sheffield for a year. I hope to god that other foreign nationals are not treated like this in our incredible city. Unlucky for these guys is I have a huge social group and I’m a resident my whole life.
