"BED BUGS To put shorty- bed with bugs, that I had to scratch from my skin in the morning and very dirty room in general. Moreover dangerous place as there no reception, no proper security and lots of random drunk people in the bar, who can easily go to the second floor with rooms and no one will stop them. I had to stay there for two days, but left after the first night. Manager was very unresponsive and defensive, she didn't apologize and didn't want to give a refund as she didn't want to bother an owner. I still didn't get a confirmation about the refund at least for the second night."
