"Wonderful bowl of traditional style ramen, ordered the black garlic tonkatsu. Rich broth and would recommend the hell sauce on the side to add heat to your preference. The salmon avocado maki roll was excellent as well. Have visited a few of their locations around Edinburgh and this one is the only restaurant serving their bao buns (which look excellent)"
