While the food was delicious and beautifully presented, the concept seemed to lack cohesion, and none of the dishes were exceptional—they were simply average. The service was attentive but also slow. For instance, it took 20 minutes between ordering drinks and receiving a basket of broth. The restaurant could benefit from better organization between the front of house and back of house, allowing for items like the broth to be served more promptly, rather than making customers wait a long time for items that could be prepared quickly."
