"I love the food but yet again am extremely disappointed with Deliveroo- last time the order was over an hour late and when I called the restaurant they couldn't care less. This time we have waited from 18.30 and have just had our order cancelled. If there was option to order via the restaurant and pay by card we would much prefer this. Tonight I couldn't even get through to the restaurant. Sick to death of this appalling service and total lack of interest from the restaurant."
