"I have been visiting this place on and off for years whenever I'm exhibiting at the nearby Olympia. It is a hidden gem, tucked away as it is in the residential streets that surround the Olympia complex. It is always friendly, and welcoming and very good value. On the downside it is a little drafty, a little shopworn and can be noisy with the coffee machine constantly cutting in, so it isn't conducive to conversation. The wooden chairs and ceramic floor aren't that comfortable, so it isn't very cosy and probably not a good venue to spend a lot of time in. But for a quick breakfast or snack it is ideal, and they tend to do quite a brisk take away trade, so for the most part the ambience isn't an issue. I always have the full English breakfast, which is substantial, and much more reasonably priced than say a typical Wetherspoons breakfast. This one has a meaty sausage and comes with ample beans, thick bacon and two eggs on toast (see picture). No measly portions here. All that for £9 with a drink included. I'm so pleased that this place doesn't cynically hike its prices just because of its location. It is a traditional honest to goodness caff that is also quite popular with the cabbies, and let's face it, they know a thing or two. I would recommend checking this place out before opting for the ubiquitous branded coffee chains that abound only a short walk away in the nearby Kensington High Street."
