"I ordered by phone because the website was not working. My husband spoke with the delivery driver for 30 minutes, struggling to understand him while giving directions and waiting outside in the dark. When the food arrived, it was cold, and there was a bag of chicken nuggets with our vegetarian meal, which we assumed was a mistake from another order. We threw them away since the driver had already left. The BBQ dipping sauce I ordered was missing, and instead, I received three garlic and herb sauces, even though the driver had assured my husband that it was included. This has been an ongoing issue with the dipping sauces. Today, I noticed an overcharge on my bank account. When I called the restaurant, they initially claimed they had no record of my order and tried to dismiss me until I mentioned the possibility of fraud due to the overcharge. Finally, after a heated argument, the manager agreed to refund the extra £5 for the chicken nuggets that we did not order and are not part of our usual order history as vegetarians. The disrespectful treatment we received guarantees that we will not be dining at Herbies again."

"I dont know about the fake 5 star reviews on here. But as you can see by the rest it 's a horrendous mistake. Yyyyyyep you guessed it, 3 hour wait. Food was like cold casting resin that looked better in the bin. Wasn 't surprised at all to find the other reviews. Multiple people phoned to enquire and were given multiple different excuses including that a driver had been in a car accident. I reckon I 've got more chance of pulling my mixed chicken out my backend than I 've got of a refund tbh... The local brothels will be seeing an awful lot more dodgey kebabs than usual. I 'd give you the whole never again barks but I hate thievery more than anything in the world so I 'll just leave it at Fuk off."

"We happened upon this little shop whilst perusing Harrogate and brought a selection of Cheeses to take to family that evening. The two ladies working were fantastic in helping us choose a lovely Brie with Truffle, Smoked Cheddar and a strong Blue. With a little taster of each we were soon agreed and the three cheeses were nicely wrapped up in paper.Our hosts loved them that evening and being local themselves have plans to pop in and see the array on offer for themselves."

"Booked to come here to celebrate my Birthday with family. Have to admit, I haven't visited here since before 2019, my expectations were exceeded. They were most accommodating, due to the fact that some of my family members sadly became ill, so could not attend, however after informing Fiume, they were most gracious adjusted our table dinning requirements accordingly. The restaurant was very busy, however, that certainly didn't detract from the excellent attentive service that we received. From our starters of Crespella Ai Funghi E Salsiccia, to our mains of whole Seabass Flambe Di Gamberi, our food was superb, along with the very attentive waitress that looked after our table for our food drinks. It was quite a night, due to the fact that there must have been at least 6 other Birthday parties celebrating there, which was unusual to experience so many, . . just shows what a popular Italian Restaurant this really is. Thank You to all the staff chefs Fiume Italian Bar Restaurant, for making my Birthday celebrations an evening to remember. We'll definitely be back very soon."

"I'm not sure about the negative reviews that had hunted this wonderful food!? now I went in to arrange my jubilee and there was a slight error in the order of my original command, but it was 't serious how they executed the other so perfectly and even go beyond my request, which was so fantastic. Sometimes people went into a place with rave expectations then it judges not by what it is and what it has to offer, but against their own perceptions or worse fantasies! I think that's so unfair to the business. we really went with only one expectation that it will serve us good cocks, and they know what? it has all the points we had in the eye (open opinion, that is). the night was unforgettablely lovely! the room is airy and spacious, which is eating, which must be so fresh, as delish must taste, how beautiful it has to make sure how reasonable price has to offer and as a filling must be part intended! not a bit that my fluffy Italian husband could find a complaining! I had to push over the cocktails, the warm and friendly staff and the art of the decorations! I could have gone on and on as if it were my dissertation. it is so good and so we love this place. seriously if they are abandoned by prejudice, idiotic or grudging comments. do not hang them, experience it yourself, please! a thing that I must warn, although the price and the menu online is different from the home menu, they are much exciting and reasonable! they promised to check this question as soon as I have informed them the differences. give this beautiful seafood place an attempt and if they go with an expectation, they will let it expect from a good crumb bowl, then they will 't be disappointed safe!"

"I came into the lovely one right on Fulham road. Dare I say, the English breakfast tea at Nero’s is the best I’ve ever tasted, strong but not bitter, zesty but not sourish (completely succumbs other “luxury brands” like tea pigs and Twinings . The lady serving me poured a bit too much milk so I kindly asked her to make me another one with the consequence of having to pay for another one as I reached for my card. However, she did not stop for a moment, nor did she ask me to pay and swiftly made another one within seconds. Not only that but she poured me a generous amount of milk in a nespresso like cup for me to pour. I was impressed, full stop. Efficient, polite and professional. Wonderful. I had just come from an intensive study session from rival company Pret so was not my usual sharp self and proceeded to take out the teabag at the counter (where I would usually go to the small side one that accommodates milk, sugar, etc. . This lovely lady brought out a plate (that the eat in people have the luxury of and allowed me to place the teabag on it once I was done. It’s such a shame that I cannot remember her name to thank her individually. Anyhow, hopefully from this review, this particular branch can get full recognition and credit for their super staff and the services they provide."

"We purchase regularly from here via JustEat and have done since the beginning of Lockdown. We haven’t been to the cafe itself so cannot comment on anything in relation to the actual setting but are yet to be disappointed! Food always arrives within the estimated...timescale and hot and cold food is separated well. Portions are always more than adequate and food quality is superb. A personal favourite in our house is the Macaroni Cheese and the Mexican chicken panini. My only comment would be that anytime we have ordered the 1 person buffet it always comes with either Cheese or Cheese and Ham this is absolutely fine and I understand it is pot luck but a little more variety would be nice or an option to perhaps pay a little extra to specify sandwich filling (just a suggestion)."

"It’s like a bad comedy sketch where management in black suits running like the a headless chicken, waiting staff is under trained or absolutely useless… You been led to the dirty table with used crockery and cutlery on it which still not clean after 30 min at the table… Coffee machine apparently on the cleaning circle by one member of the team, or broken according to other… I will not mention that English breakfast is missing form the menu all together… Food itself semi decent the only problem is been delivered after 15 min chef calling service and at the best comes luke warm…. "we thought we would avoid the Saturday evening rush and order around 16:10, so we didn't have to wait forever until it comes. this was the first time we used 'best kebab' and will be the last. uber eats said it would be delivered 16:50-17:10... the seemed a bit overly for the £20 order (1 x kebab, 1 x burger, 1 x cheesy chips and 1 x mozerella sticks.) but it is what it is. it will be 17:10 and we will wait. it is until 17:30 and we are waiting. 17:35 And we clink, they say they have a problem with their rides, and there will be 10 minutes, no apologies, nothing. eating came around 17:45, no apologies, nothing. eating was in the average. my partner “Special” burger (bef mit donnerfleisch) had 4 pieces donner on a lukewarm but crispy burger. my kebab was also lukewarm and I had never had so chewy meat in my life. the chips that were in the box were divided into two layers, the lower half closest to the box was like a red musk (obvily at any place it was hot and simply shaped into one with the condensation) and the upper side were hard as nails and cold. Mozerella sticks needed to heat as they were fixed and the Cheesy chips were only lukewarm with a mass of cold, solid cheese up. if they can not provide a delivery grater to ensure that their warm food is delivered immediately (we live about 6 minutes away) then they do not offer any delivery. do not pack their food ready and leave it easy until someone appears to deliver it, otherwise they will their customers inedible sh!t. revolver with our usual choice of spire pizzas. can not recommend this enough, along with express kebab house, which are just around the corner of this “business”. I will never use “Best Kebab” again. do not make the same mistake."
