"Having visited this take away whilst on business, I ordered a large pizza, was charged £11.95 plus 45p to pay with card. Whilst waiting outside for the pizza to be made, I noticed the advertised price for any large pizza was £7.99. I returned to...the cashier to ask why I was charged more than the advertised price. The manager was called to explain'. His response was, we advertise a price of £7.99 but if you do not ask for that price, we charge you £11.95. Quite astonished and expecting some form of apology along with a refund for the difference, I was met with an argumentative manager' who simply asserted it was my fault for not asking for the advertised price! I demanded a refund and sadly had to find an alternative take away (which turned out to provide a better service, product amd price). Very disappointing indeed!"

"My family and I were looking forward to enjoying a meal at this restaurant, but unfortunately we experienced poor customer service. The person who took our order failed to include one of the items we had requested. When we called to address the issue, we were told that the restaurant was closed for the night and could not assist us. This lack of concern for their customers was disappointing."

"Honestly in love with this place. After my wife went to Vegan, there are very few places in Belfast that would suit our palate. You have an extensive vegan friendly menu. My wife would recommend the Chicken Style Burger. I would recommend downloading the app and ordering for the collection"

"After placing my order I waited 1 hour 10 minutes before ringing to ask where it was. The rude girl on the phone told me the food was leaving now. I asked if there was a reason it had taken so long. The g8rl just said they were busy. I explained usually it's polite to let people know when there is a long wait for food. The girl didn't say anything and as I was talking another girl came on the phone asking what the problem was in a very rude manner. I reiterated what I had just said and all she has to say was well what do you want me to do about it. I asked for my food to be cancelled and I won't be ordering again. 10 minutes later the food arrived at the door. We explained to the delivery driver we didn't want the food. He didn't understand is very well so we paid for the food and said thank you. Our food was just about warm and looked like it had been sat there awhile. I rang back to explain and the girl proceeded to tell me she had looked on the system and it had been 1 hour and 5 minutes since i placed the order when I rang to ask where my food was and not 1 hour 30 minutes. By now I was getting extremely agitated by the way it was being dealt with. I was then placed on hold with no warning. I told the girl once I got off the phone after asking where my food was till the delivery guy turned up it had been nearly an hour and a half. I wasn't prepared to argue with her over the time when I rang to ask why my food was so cold. Really bad customer service, really bad food and I most certainly won't be ordering from here again. Disgusting."

"I work in the hospitality industry and have been lucky enough to manage pub style venue restaurants through to Michelin star restaurants. I appreciate good food and find real customer service hard to come by. Having had many a takeaway from SFC after late night finishes at restaurant hrs, i feel compelled to write my first review. for what is essentially a 'what it says on the tin takeaway ', for me, they have done nothing but exceed expectations many times over now through friendly service, customer recognition and consistent quality. "Pictures kind of say it all. Ordered meal for two. One cant stand cucumber but other has reflux issues with cucumber and tomato so both avoid both in meals (read vomiting, all night stomach cramps and generally feeling rubbish for 24hours). We believe instructions were clear but feel free to disagree. Meal delivered with cucumber and tomato on both. Called takeaway to resolve and got through after 15mins to be offered a part credit which we declined. It was either full credit or replacement of the kebabs. Driver came 30mins later with replacement. Asked for the first kebabs back (which were in bin by that point) however given to him. Wings and chips ok but too tired to eat the kebabs as had eaten rest whilst it was hot given partial order replacement only. Meal tomorrow sorted is a bonus mind.... we think."

"I ordered a parmo with ham and sweetcorn, specifying that I am allergic to olives. Despite no mention of olives on the Just Eat app, my food was delivered late by a driver who had no change. To make matters worse, the food was extremely cold upon arrival. I highly recommend avoiding this place - it's even worse than Kay's cooking on TikTok."
