"We were so pleased to discover this place while camping at Postern Hill. It appears the new manager has just taken over, and if the early days are any indication, this pub is poised for great things. The service was outstanding—friendly and personalized. The food was excellent, with plenty of gluten-free options, including fish and chips, halloumi, and more. The chef is very experienced and prepares genuine, delicious meals. Fortunately, they don’t follow the standard Fuller’s menu, which allows for authentic dining experiences. I hope they manage to stock some interesting craft beers with their next delivery!
