"I’m not sure why there are bad reviews; I have no complaints. I ordered food for myself through Uber Eats this evening, and just before the estimated delivery time, my meal arrived hot and perfectly cooked. I was at the door before the driver knocked, and when I mentioned that everyone was asleep, he kindly said he wouldn’t knock but still tried to contact me via my mobile. The delivery driver was really friendly and chatty, even though he was from Uber. I had requested salad and mayo on my burger, and they were included. The chips could have been a bit better, but chips are usually hit or miss. Overall, I was quite satisfied!"

"I went to the restaurant and ordered a meal deal along with some additional items. Unfortunately, they were out of stock of the items I wanted. This should have been a red flag for me as the problems continued throughout the meal. The starter was overcooked and dry, the chips were overcooked, and the naan bread was burnt. Both the Peshawari and garlic naan were tasteless and had a powdery, salty texture. My dining companions and I were very disappointed and found the whole experience disgusting. I would not recommend Flame Tandoori to anyone. It was a long time since I had such a bad dining experience."

Even though I had never been here before, when I requested creamy cauliflower with my order and was told it wasn't available, one of the workers (I wish I had his name) offered to make something special for me. "I used to frequent this restaurant because their delivery service was terrible, but it has improved significantly now.
