"I recently moved to Walsall and I am still looking for my favourite places to eat. Tempted by good reviews I decided to try Chunky Chicken. Very good first impression. The place is clean, modern and welcoming. I had piri piri strips. It was a bit unusual and different from piri piri chicken I am used to. It's battered and not as juicy as what I've tried before but I must say the flavour was one of the best I've tasted. The portion size is absolutely enormous. Good value for money. Will definitely buy there again."

So I really recommend it to everyone. the food quality and taste are amazing and they have never disappointed me. the ranch burger and burger pizza was amazing. were great and looked flawless. brilliant service as always. will be back in any case. Keep the good work!"

"After placing my order I waited 1 hour 10 minutes before ringing to ask where it was. The rude girl on the phone told me the food was leaving now. I asked if there was a reason it had taken so long. The g8rl just said they were busy. I explained usually it's polite to let people know when there is a long wait for food. The girl didn't say anything and as I was talking another girl came on the phone asking what the problem was in a very rude manner. I reiterated what I had just said and all she has to say was well what do you want me to do about it. I asked for my food to be cancelled and I won't be ordering again. 10 minutes later the food arrived at the door. We explained to the delivery driver we didn't want the food. He didn't understand is very well so we paid for the food and said thank you. Our food was just about warm and looked like it had been sat there awhile. I rang back to explain and the girl proceeded to tell me she had looked on the system and it had been 1 hour and 5 minutes since i placed the order when I rang to ask where my food was and not 1 hour 30 minutes. By now I was getting extremely agitated by the way it was being dealt with. I was then placed on hold with no warning. I told the girl once I got off the phone after asking where my food was till the delivery guy turned up it had been nearly an hour and a half. I wasn't prepared to argue with her over the time when I rang to ask why my food was so cold. Really bad customer service, really bad food and I most certainly won't be ordering from here again. Disgusting."
