"This was our third year dining as a family at this restaurant after a day at the Hampton Court Flower Show. We had a reservation for 8 people at 8 o'clock and were quite disappointed compared to previous years. The menu was limited and we were told that they had sold out of many items due to being busy. In the end, we all ended up ordering fish and chips except for one person who got a burger. The service was slow and it took a long time for our food to arrive. Just as we were discussing dessert options, our friendly waitress informed us that our food was ready. We were caught off guard and ended up just having ice cream for dessert."
