"I went in to the subway to get a meatball marinara at around there was one young woman behind the counter called phoebe. She had injured her hand whilst cutting tomatoes and had been forced to call a manager to help her. She...did her best to serve with one hand but the resultant sandwich was unavoidably sub standard. After minutes a manager arrived stayed for maybe then left phoebe alone in the shop again. for phoebe but for the experience. Having another staff member on shift should be a priority."
