"I’ve only ever walked through the Corn Exchange once. Many many years ago. It completely bored me. I remember it being sparse, unimaginative with not much in there apart from the occasional art exhibition (the exhibits were always pretty good though). From the moment we heard Pho Manchester was opening, this restaurant sparked controversy in our house. Mo and I battled it out on how to pronounce this restaurant’s name, our Fantastic Four whatsapp group even changed to ‘Foh’ or ‘Fuh’ whilst we both constantly pleaded cases to prove each other wrong. "came in around 5pm as table for 2. staff not fully trained on how to deal with the covid track and trace regards checking in or taking details.was made to wait 15 minutes to wait for 4 bottles of beer even though we were the only poeple in there! on entering, plenty of staff sitting eating there staff food on the tables having there social time. i was told off by this very young man who I think was supposed to be some kind of manager.... its very simple sir, you had the drinks order get them to the table so we have something to drink instead of making us wait a stupid amount of time for you to simply put olives out on a plate! check the cctv if you dont agree! wednesday 7th only customers in!! as it got later, more tables around us, particluarly couples who were waiting for drinks also.I will never come back again, and thats for all the outlets if you employ low trained kids who dont have the passion for service, you will keep losing money.once we did get our food, the lady waitress was nice and did a sufficient job.all in all, not good! and plenty more on the doorstep."

"This restaurant is fantastic for those with dietary restrictions, as almost everything on the menu is gluten-free and dairy-free. They are accredited by Coeliac UK and have a user-friendly allergy menu available online and in-person. The staff were knowledgeable about our restrictions and provided excellent assistance."

"Pho is one of my go to takeaway options as the food is DELICIOUS and the majority of the menu is gluten free. The website clearly shows which items are NOT gluten free on a dedicated gluten free page, which mentions that they are accredited by Coeliac UK. (It's refreshing to see the none GF options presented as 'outside the norm' rather than the other way around! . There are plenty of vegetarian options for those who are veggie and GF I highly recommend the 'This isn't chicken' summer rolls with peanut sauce and the Wok fried 'THIS isn't chicken' rice (It is quite spicy though so avoid if you want a milder dish . I've also had the wok fried noodles which are lovely. Every dish is packed with flavour!"

"I absolutely love Pho because of the food but I went yesterday and it was the worst experience. I am never one to make a complaint but the service I received was awful. The girls were so rude and had such attitude problems. I ask for the optional service to come off because I was not happy with the service and she got even more grumpy. Saying the service wasn’t the problem. Don’t think I will be returning to the Brighton branch again."

"It was very easy to order our pizza for delivery from this restaurant on Sunday, October 15th. We decided to take advantage of their BOGOF deal and ordered their largest size. Unfortunately, both pizzas had little to no BBQ sauce, my pizza was burnt, the chicken was hardly noticeable, and there was a sparse amount of onion topping. It was difficult to determine what exactly was on top of my pizza, and it arrived cold. Overall, this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I called to complain and was told I would receive a discount on my next order, but I expressed doubts that there would be a next time after this disappointing experience. The person on the phone apologized, but I made it clear that the pizzas were awful and the worst I have ever had. We will likely go back to ordering from a different pizza restaurant in the future."

"Ordered a takeaway from here at the Bournemouth Sam's chicken restaurant (I'm guessing it's a chain as I use to like in Southampton and there was one there, never ate there before though). Ordered it at 6.20pm. It came at 9pm. Couldn't even call the restaurant as it kept ringing out (that's a wait time over two and a half from time of ordering with no updates) no apologies when it came, items were missing and then when we opened up the main box, the chicken was raw, literally pink in the middle. Absolutely awful. Do not order from here!"

"The best coffee shop in London! The coffee is delicious—definitely the best in the city! You can't try it without also tasting the baked goods! The service and staff are amazing! I took my parents there for breakfast before work, and they ended up deciding to stay longer. They don’t speak English, but they told me that the waiters went out of their way to communicate with them, even writing down the Wi-Fi password for them! That was such a thoughtful gesture!"

"AVOID. Worst Chinese we’ve ever had. They were supposed to give us 2 free dishes and egg fried rice as the previously order the duck was disgusting it was just the fat. They promised they would refund and give another meal free and egg fried rice. Just called them to order again and they went completely back on their word. Lied to us and argued with us. We will never order from here again. Extremely poor service and rude to their customers."
