"This is a very noisy restaurant, to the extent that having a conversation with the person sitting opposite you is a real strain. The menu is short and the wine list ids long which shows its providence as a wine bar with food, rather than...a restaurant with wine. I ordered the skate wing with mussel sauce and green pepper for my starter which was a chef's special. The sauce was awful. No taste of mussel, just very hot green pepper. I only ate a mouthful. When the waitress came to collect the plates she did not comment on my full plate and I had to stop her to complain. She just looked at me as if I was an idiot. I suggested that it should be removed from the bill. My main of bigoli spaghetti with duck ragout was very good. They did not take my suggestion of removing my starter from the bill. I will not be returning."
