Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my meal. The falafel balls, which used to be crispy and fluffy, were now solid and dry, indicating they were likely cooked earlier and reheated. The homemade coleslaw that I used to love was replaced with grated carrots dressed in a thin mayo-like dressing. It was not good. I paid fifteen pounds with delivery fees for this meal, and I feel like I was ripped off. I ended up throwing it away. This was a major letdown. I'm not sure what has happened to this place."
