"The salad I chose seemed fresh enough but lacked in flavor overall. The portion size was also quite small considering the price. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and the staff were friendly, but I don't think I'll be rushing back anytime soon. Overall, I was underwhelmed by my experience at Vital Ingredient."
