However, when I arrived, I was informed that the restaurant I had booked was under renovation and I was directed to a different one with a limited menu that did not appeal to me. Despite the waitress' apologetic offer of a complimentary drink, I was disappointed and opted to leave. I had to find another dining option in the town center, which dampened my birthday celebration. I had been looking forward to dining at the restaurant that overlooks Ibrox Stadium and had even shared my excitement on social media. It was embarrassing to admit that I left without a meal. I live 25 miles away from Ibrox and had made a substantial effort to get there, but did not receive an apology from the restaurant. Mary."
