"We really enjoyed everything about steak and lobster it was our first visit. however, I was confused about the Seht menu and the à la cart menu. I chose the Kağtçı and I tried many times to call because they were trying to charge me the same money for my seven-year-old daughter as myself and my 14-year-old son so it didn’t make sense to get the menu. I must’ve at least picked up so I could clarify the situation. When we got there I asked about it and they said that we were unable to get the menu and that we should have called to explain that we were my seven-year-old daughter and that she didn’t have to pay the menu. I explained that nobody was picking up. So we paid nearly £180 including the service charge which I felt was quite expensive even though we really did enjoy the meal. I don’t think we would do it again."

"Excellent service from start to finish Christina who served us was lovely she was friendly, polite and attentive she gave exceptional customer service recommending a lovely passion fruit cocktail. Unfortunately we were not able to pay the service charge this time round round but that surely was not due to my partner and I faulting the service which we recieved."
