"We've just had a wonderful meal in The Red Lion it was definitely nicer than my recent meal Farringdon's Bleeding Heart Bistro (and this as a very good meal), and I'm happy to report that it has returned to the same standard not seen in more than 5 years (since 2018). I'm half minded to make this an appalling review, just so I can keep The Red Lion for myself; but the reality is, that we've just had the nicest pork and chorizo burger, and lamb with dauphinoise potatoes. Highly recommend the sticky banoffee pudding, although next time, I think I'll switch the custard for ice cream. Thanks guys"
