Claire, who dealt with upset customers from Dalmahoy, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay stress-free. The spa facilities were clean, modern, and stocked with Elemis skincare products. The breakfast service was excellent with a wide variety of fresh food options. Overall, Norton House hotel exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service, facilities, and kindness. This will definitely be my go-to place when I visit Edinburgh in the future."
