"We were so impressed with Claire, she’s an absolute super woman! She flagged us down in the car park as we were pulling out thinking they were closed, but I’m glad she got our attention because the food and her hospitality were well worth it. She managed to serve us, cook for us, and tend to other guests all by herself and even made time to tell us a little story. She also wholeheartedly demonstrated how to crack open the “Squat Lobster” for me, and it was all part of the great experience we had! The food was absolutely delicious! Even the baked goods she made herself were to die for! We miss Claire and her food and we wish her and her husband all the best!"
