"Lovely venue, grounds secluded and quiet, staff lovely and helpful. Service not helped by the app ordering. Can understand some comments on slow service and some customers aren't aware it is primarily order by phone not attended communication and attention needs improvement Reserving by phone appalling rang and was on hold for 15 minutes lost my custom that weekend Food average, at the moment, limited and appeared not much actual cuisine and scope for the chef. Haven't tried the BBQ menu Could be great. Would recommend again but hope it improves as we come out of lock down"
