"We have spent many afternoons at various places across London (including The Ritz, The Langham, Claridge's, The Goring, and The Berkeley, to name a few). This is our third visit to The Lanesborough, and it is, by far, the best experience we've had. Typically, a second visit after an excellent experience doesn't quite measure up, but I can confidently say that is not the case here. We will definitely be returning for a fourth visit—of that, I am sure. The service, the menu, the venue—everything about the afternoon tea here exceeded our expectations."
