"Very expensive, Prices are up in sky. Customer Service was very bad, we order 2 Pepsi and got 2 Tango instead, ok not a big deal mistake happen. But our meal order was not what we ordered. Again that's fine as we were hungry can't be bothered to change it. But to make thing horribly wrong the chicken was still raw and red inside. We complain to the cashier Rohan but their was no reaction as if it was a normal thing for them. By the way be ready to clean the table where you will sit. As they are very busy. No social distancing measure in place. We will not go there again."

"What an absolute disgusting service , we have ordered so many times from here in the past , without issue . Tonight we had a missing item so one of our group (me)missed their food. The response from the staff was so rude , sarcastic , and lied. We were told by multiple staff that they definitely put the food in the bag, yet why would a big deal be made from one missing item from a meal of £30! We had a missing item and were made to feel like we were trying to get something for free , why would we report missing food as we wanted a nice family night. If they can’t deliver due to only being able to use deliveroo or just eat then better to say that than suggest they out the food in instead of accepting the error. Initially we were refused names of staff after multiple calls to the store . After a number of calls (as put on hold indefinitely, we spoke to zanab kaur who was the most rude, unhelpful and lacked any customer service skills. They continually put me me on hold and my 17 year old daughter to try and speak as they were so un accommodating. We then got through to hash tumhai who laughed when he gave his name and hesitated to give his real name . I’m a single mum , I work full time and a take away is a treat . Tonight I went without . The customer service we received was a joke . We will never go back nor recommend and will add to all social media groups to avoid."

"19/09/22 ordered food, delivery was over 2hrs late after many phone calls and being palmed off many times by the rude operators. I finally got my order. Unfortunately on this occasion was very poor quality and the call handlers were rude and dismissive. I requested to have a replacement meal but request was denied. I asked the driver why it was so late and he just shrugged his shoulders then left. I have ordered many times through gourmet peri peri Exeter many times before and usually great service. But this has massively changed my opinion on the company. Now will not be using again sadly."
