The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, but it would be nice to have more options for vegans. The hotel has small stairs and no elevator, so be careful if you have heavy luggage or special mobility needs. The manager ensures that guests feel at home and are served promptly. The location is perfect, with Portobello Market just three blocks away and the subway station only a 3-minute walk. The staff and management were very kind. My favorite part was that they used recycled bottles and did not test on animals - a big plus for us. There was a beautiful mini terrace next to our room, which I imagine would be fantastic in the summer."
