"Don 't be fooled by the cleverly worded menu and the nice interior; the aim of this restaurant is to get people in and out as quickly as possible. We were given a 90 minute timeslot, despite having booked a day earlier. A note on the table told us what time we had to leave. Worst of all, we were told to be nice about it. It has been a long time since I have been to a MacDonald, but I doubt even they would be so offensive. Realising we would not have time for three courses with a bottle of wine and a coffee, we had to opt for main course and desert. It would have been fairer and quicker if they had set an automatic timer on the table, because we had to keep putting our forks down to look at our watches. Perhaps you can mention that idea to them. They have burgers on the menu along with more formal dishes. I know this is trendy, but it just does not work. It is true you can eat a burger in an hour or less, but, if you book a table for a four course evening meal, it is going to take longer. To cap it all, the vegetables were raw. By that, I don 't mean crisp and al dente, I mean raw. They obviously didn 't have time to cook them."
