"I ordered Christmas Eve items from Rio Pizza and waited 2 hours for my order to arrive. Despite Rio telling Just Eat that it had been delivered twice, the food finally arrived. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 chips, kebab, and cheesy mushrooms. When I plated the food, I discovered that the pizzas were burnt yet stone cold, the chips were also stone cold, and even my two-year-old refused to eat them. The cheesy mushrooms were cold, and the kebab was both cold and raw. I reached out to Just Eat, and they are only refunding £23 out of a £32.50 meal. I will never be ordering from Rio Pizza again."
