"At a competition in swansea decided to treat the family to breakfast! First visit was great … courteous staff, with quick turnaround. Food was very well presented, well cooked and we were very impressed. Decided to take a few more people with me on the next visit … ordered large breakfast, coffee , swansea breakfast and 2 baguette meal deals with a drink and crisps. What a resounding difference in attitude, presentation and food. Requested to replace 2 sausages on the swansea breakfast with 1 extra bacon? The cook a miserable looking woman shouted a resounding no! Don’t swop and change .. that accepted when the meal deals arrived what a vast difference in the presentation. Baguette slapped on a plate along with a packet of crisps and getting your own can from the refrigerator, No presentation, no side salad, no coleslaw, no mayonnaise as requested(what a joke) the coffee arrived and the waitress was just as miserable and must have had shaking hands as a lot of the coffee was in the saucer( again poorly presented) The breakfasts were much smaller(portion wise) than previous. At £27.85 would have expected far better than we received. Reputation is based on customer service, quality presentation, politeness, quality food and atmosphere … won’t visit this place again and the cook should change her career and work in a warehouse where she cannot deal with the general public … looking forward to the refuting!!!"
