"the whole experience was beyond expectations. we went a little early so we almost had the whole restaurant to us. the people started when the time was over. we ordered fried mutton (this was recommended by waiter and glad that we chose it, fried noodles, spicy black darm (they were surprisingly very tasty. I am aware that the texture may not be for everyone - but I loved it! and fried teig with chopped pork, which was crispy greasy heaven. Unfortunately, they didn't have the chicken feet I really wanted to try. as dessert we had deep fried banana balls covered with crispy thin sliced fried potatoes, covered with what tasted like sweet condensed milk (combination was on point! and sweet glutinous rice balls in rice wine. the staff was very friendly and nice. we will definitely go back!"

"Ordered a takeaway from Wei Dao for 4 Singapore Noodles and a Beef in BB Sauce. Great food noodles had that oomph taste and was quite crisp. I would happily recommend Wei Dao to anyone looking for a tasty, less greasy, bang for the buck, healthy Chinese takeaway. The guys running the place was swell as well. My wife was allergic to prawns and the Singapore Noodles did have them. The note I placed with the online order to avoid adding them to one of the noodles was unfortunately overlooked, perhaps being a busy Saturday evening. I called them to complain once I reached home. The person who picked up was so graceful, that he kindly suggested to provide me with another one without prawns and even threw in a few Spring Rolls as a good will gesture. When I offered to return the original one, he insisted to keep it for the family on the house.Was quite amazed with their response, and when I reached to collect the food, they apologized unreservedly. "I visited this place with my uncle he is not a vegetarian and I am vegetarian complete. they really have a very good sort in all nice foods say it veg or not veg. I had tofu thing here...taste was good and a thumb up for such a beautiful tofu dish... and lobster was also very nice as after my oncle critique."

"Popped in for quick lunch, had the famous Thai Som Tum Salad and some sticky rice. Food was great as was the service, met the owner and his wife who is one of the chefs and chatted about Thailand where I have spent a lot of time. This is as close as you are going to get to real Thai food and they also do a big selection of North Eastern Thai food which you will not find anywhere else in the areas. This is the real deal not one of the average places that are all over Poole and Bournemouth."

"We started off with some delicious Jasmine tea, served generously in a hot metal pot. We also enjoyed some Sake, served at the perfect temperature and quantity. The flavour was exceptional. For our main dishes, we ordered the quarter duck, which came with plenty of shredded meat and pancakes. We were pleasantly surprised to have leftover pancakes, unlike other restaurants. The entire team at The Good Earth is dedicated to providing top-notch service. Next, we tried the steamed sea bass, which was presented beautifully. The seasoning was perfect, and the temperature of the filleted fish was just right. It was expertly cooked, as there wasn't a single bone in sight. The egg fried rice was served in a sturdy bamboo container with a lid and spoon to keep it warm. After our feast, we unfortunately didn't have room for dessert, but we will definitely try it next time. We often visit the Knightsbridge branch for lunch, but the overall experience at this Mill Hill location was on a different level. "I've eaten an all decent Viet restaurants in London and used to love Viet Grill, but my last experience was my last, arrived Saturday at lunch time, not too busy but as only two of us, got sat at a table against wall in rear of restaurant, really? Meanwhile there is a lovely bank of seat long rear of restaurant vacant except setting up for the staff lunch. I did manage a better table but ordering and then long wait for food, meanwhile the staff table began to fill up with food. It was 13:30, think you need to pay attention to customers food first. Finally ordered the Pho, no salad/bean sprouts/greens came. When I paid for the bill, the young lady said I had to request this if I wanted it with the Pho. Seriously? So service has gotten really poor and I won't eat here anymore, go to Tay Do, much better service and less expensive"

"Table was ready and we were seated promptly. Everything is clean and tidy as always and the service is slick and prompt. If you are on a hrs break you could be done if you wanted. All the food was good and we have the set menu which had a good selection of chicken, steak and prawns with a duck course as well. Always a pleasure to eat here"

"We had a wonderful dinner ! The food is absolutely delicious and well presented! We have enjoyed eating at The Good Earth previously and this time was no exception! We each had a starter, then Crispy Duck- which is one of our favourites, and each had a main dish. It was incredibly tasty and the right amount for us. Will certainly be going again when we are next going into London! We all agree 5 stars!"
