"Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant on Valentine's Day was extremely disappointing. It was our first time dining there and we were excited to take my wife out for a special evening. However, it turned out to be the worst dining experience we have ever had at a high-end restaurant (or any restaurant for that matter!). The service was poor, with one server being extremely rude and inconsiderate. It took over an hour for us to receive the first course of our Valentine's Day meal, and after two hours we decided to leave as the experience was not worth the wait. The owner tried to make amends by apologizing, but it was clear that the service was not up to par. Despite our concerns, the bill was reduced after we raised the issue. My wife later contacted the owner to express her disappointment, and he offered us a free meal if we were to return."
