"I’ve been to this place several times before and generally had a favourable experience. This time it was not even close. I arrived after my guest, who were already waiting for me inside, however I was told by the lady at the front that my friend hadn’t arrived yet. So it was an awkward moment at the beginning when apparently my guest was there but had been seated at another table. It took the waiter ages to take our order and then our main course came tepid. Generally, it seemed that we were invisible to the waiter. No one asked if we had any allergies. My friend is allergic to alcohol. Apparently, there was some alcohol in the dessert we ordered (Bird’s Milk Cake), therefore, she couldn’t eat it. All in all, the food was not brilliant but ok, the service was not up to the standard I would expect from a place like that, so I am quite disappointed. I am definitely not coming back again."
