"Had such a brilliant experience at the Indian Brewery Taproom, all thanks to Lorraine! She was absolutely lovely – genuinely warm and welcoming, and we had a proper giggle with her throughout the evening. Not only was she super friendly, but also incredibly efficient. People at the bar were great very informative and friendly/welcoming. Food was absolutely lovely drinks arrived quickly despite how busy it was, everything ran smoothly, and Lorraine never missed a beat. Honestly, we’ve never felt so well looked after at a place like this before. Lorraine was so attentive, checking in at just the right times without being overbearing which is a rarity these days. I usually end up feeling invisible or getting ignored in most places, but this was a completely different experience. Massive shoutout to her for making the night that much more special. Will definitely be coming back!"
