"Last night I had dinner at the Greek Sebastyan restaurant in Playa Blanca. The restaurant had one of the best sea views in Playa Blanca and the glass sliding panels throughout the restaurant offer all the guests a spectacular view. To start, I ate the salmon carpaccio, served with fine cheese chips, capers, olive oil and pieces of toasted bread on one side. It was substantial and delicious. As a main dish I ate baked pork panceta. served with mashed potatoes, vegetables and a serious juice I had to order a little more because it was very tasty. A very extensive menu of meals with so many delicious dishes that are offered that it is difficult to decide which meets most tastes. Beautiful wine list. I had a Valpolicella Ripasso Italian that was very fruity and had a good price of 35 €. The only negative thing for me was the volume of the music that sounded right before closing. A little too loud for me. The waitress who attended me was very efficient and friendly and did an excellent job in a very busy restaurant."
