After all, the espresso ordered for free and my companion (which consumed a 3 course menu for 33 euros - which was cheaper and contained a normal main course) gave a small salad as a pause filler. Nevertheless, everything in all was not a beautiful evening appropriate to the occasion."

I was a lecturer for a week at a coaching team in Chieming and last night at the 1888 Park Hotel Restaurant with my colleague. In retrospect, I can say that this was the crowning conclusion of a very good week. That was the best cooking. A real gourmet experience. Especially the lamb back, the flower cauliflower cream soup and the Cremé brulê an Mango is absolutely pointed.
