"A professional invitation brought me here after a long day of exchange and discussions. When I heard that we would eat here, I immediately filled myself with intrusive anticipation, for at least 20 years I was no longer in and in Bethany, that was one of my favorite places of culture in my youth. In the meantime, a lot has changed here. The building was clearly restored and renovated inside and outside. Everything works right and pretty chic. The restaurant that's hidden was found very quickly. The size and height of the room, probably the dining room of the former hospital, is impressive and gives the restaurant the charm of a French brasserie. Tables and chairs are spacious. This is not how to hoax each other, but it is not very cuddly as a result. The furniture is simple, like the geometrically cut-out room decoration. Apparently a certain reserved elegance is sought. When we arrived at 18:00, only a few tables were occupied. We were immediately greeted at the reserved table and quickly equipped with menus. The map is pleasantly small and also diverse. Vegetarian and vegan dishes have their place as well as organic meat, for example from the Havelländer apple tree. The drinks ordered came immediately. The attentive, friendly waiter brought fresh bread with a delicious spread I had never met: Red Bete butter with lime juice? After a reasonable time, the dishes, big portions, pretty dressed... but lukewarm. Well expressed. But because we were so hungry and because that was a working meal and... and... we left it. The food was really so delicious and costly that I wanted to deal with the food instead of the chair. My lamb fur was cooked from rare quality, very delicate, to the point. The seedlings and the green beans were quite inconspicuous on the plate. The Majoran Potato Apron was a poem and the Sößchen was a dream. The red wine for food, a 2016 Malbec, a recommendation from the waiter, was a perfect companion: harmonious berries with gentle wood tones. We had hardly begun to eat, filled the restaurant, and from now on, hardly any normal conversations were possible. The volume rose from minute to minute so you could just talk to the direct neighbor. The height of the room and the karge furniture supported the Hall effect. I soon became too exhausting, so I decided to say goodbye to some others right after dinner. Conclusion: Go back privately, maybe on a Sunday evening in beautiful weather, when the beer garden is full and the hall is empty."

I went there last weekend with my girlfriend and can only say: eat delicious. The atmosphere is great. Can't complain. Everyone should go there once, then you see it's worth it. For everyone absolutely recommended.

In the former Diakonissen Hospital there is now an excellent restaurant 3 sisters. The room itself was probably once the house chapel was beautiful and harmonious. The menu has delicious appetizers such as Topinambur cream soup, Kefir horseradish mousse (photo) and spice salmon Tatar The main foods are diverse and with high quality of the goods. As an example only: baked red beds, fried trout fillet, carving from Kraichgauer Landschwein and today as a special offer the Heidschnucke (photo). Finally delicious desserts. It is recommended to book a table by phone. And also here: go and taste you will be surprised.
