"we had booked for the first round, unfortunately we had problems and we arrived almost another 20.00 were attacked, if it hadn't been for the other people with whom I was there I would have gone. I understand that we had taken half an hour to our turn but without knowing what we would eat and so how much we would have put it seemed to me exaggerated the way, could we have noticed otherwise the problem, if of problem we could talk. At 9:00 we were done and paid! the meat was good both beef carpaccio and tartare. grilled vegetables (which I don't think it is necessary to do at the moment) were raw, fried potatoes were first boiled, asparagus pasta, although having excellent asparagus, did not exalt. I wonder how they'll do it in summer. of dying hot in there and perhaps a more powerful vacuum cleaner in the kitchen would also help smells in the room. I won't be back, but not for food, for ways."

osteria in the center of the grappa, the holder is a lovely person even if it gives the impression of being a burber type. I ate very well spending very little. At the end, Mr. Amedeo also offered me a bitter house. I recommend their sweet ricotta and pistachio.

We went there twice, because we wanted more of that delicious food! It's a really small guestroom and the menu changes everyday, that's why there is no printed menu and the owner of the restaurant tells the menu to every guest by himself in 4 different languages. The home made pasta is incredible and so are caprese and carpaccio. Also the meat dishes were extraordinary good! The house wine is really cheap with 3,50€ for 0,5 litres. Reservation is recommended!

I had the pleasure of eating two days in a row at Amedeo’s Trattoria. I’m always in search of that authentic trattoria, where there is no need to reinvent food. I’m a retired chef and have seen and prepared all possible food combinations. At Amedeo’s I appreciated tradition and execution. Even the simplest of dishes can be a miss, but not here. Freshness, execution and wholesomeness were excellent. I wish I lived in Bassano, would absolutely be a regular. Bravo Amedeo e la sua moglie…
