"I write this review because now in this place we ate several times (I, my carlotta partner and our ida bass) , and so I think a judgement is right to give it. the place is beautiful, we have always found ourselves well, and the food is great. the quality is paid, and here obviously there is not a lot. all dishes are excellent, from appetizer to dessert, all done by them! if I have to find a small sin (but this is more a tip than anything else) is on the appetizers to divide. because some are a bit complicated to divide (like the crossaint to salmon and avocado, very good) and maybe it would be to study the dish in a different way, all here! I recommend it for those who want to eat something different from the usual restaurant, and who also wants quality by spending something extra."

"We happened by chance in a hot summer day in the peak hour where everything was full. It was like being catapulted in a fresh oasis of peace. the menu seemed rich and inviting, in some cases also sought after. delicious dishes, for fresh and well processed raw materials. we have taken some excellent crostini with shrimp (freschissimi) and baccalà mantecato (ottimo.) grilled moscardini (teneri e gustoti) with pisellini, cold calamarata of vegetables. and the really classy touch for us was that they had the legendary lashes as coffee kill! we never find it anywhere compliments!"

"Once in a while, you get very lucky and find a gem. This was my lucky day! Trying to find a restaurant within walking distance from our bed and breakfast, I stumbled upon this jewel. It is a combination store, wine cantina and very small restaurant about 6 tables)but they serve up food fit for a king! Not only that, we sat in their cantinetta small wine cellar) that only accomodated one table. Simone, the owner, was our waiter and he made sure that our evening was very special. First, he brought us the tenderest and lightest fried pumpkin flowers. Then a seafood antipasto with octopus and a zucchini sauce incredible). Homemade bread with carrots and pumpkin seeds as well as other delightful breads. Our entree was a risotto with porcini and a special cheese from the area. For dessert, profriteroles made in house with chocolate and whipped cream. OMG! This little place is on the outskirts of Bassano del Grappa in Romano d'Ezzelino. If you are ever in Bassano del Grappa, make it your business to go there! Sorry, but some of the pictures were of half eaten food...we got excited and ate before thinking about the pictures but rest assured, they were beautifully presented when they came out. If you are a wine connoisseur, you will love this place as well."

"Piacevole posto ed accoglienza con anche un punto dedicato ai bambini in cui possono divertirsi sotto lo sguardo dei genitori senza alzarsi dal tavolo. Nella sala dove eravamo stati collocati ci ha seguito jacopo (se non sbaglio il nome) che con una attenzione al dettaglio e disinvoltura è riuscito a farci degustare i piatti freschi e genuini creati da loro. Il mio voto sarebbe stato un 5 stelle se non fosse per il menu un po’ confusionario.Sicuramente torneremo e chiederò di essere seguito nuovamente da Jacopo."

"This is another place that had been recommended by a friend who visits the area regularly. As always, he was spot on. They have a very comfortable room with a lot of interesting things to hold your attention while waiting for your food. There is a nice contrast of elegant china and crystal in the rustic setting. Service was friendly and efficient. We were a party of four and everything came out together and was properly prepared. The menu seems to change seasonally, if not weekly. We started with two of the appetizer trays what had a lot in interesting things including carpaccio of venison and a number of seafood items. The pasta portions were large enough to share – an order of gnocchi and an order of risotto for four people. We ordered four different secondi, mostly meat, and all were great. The wine list was deep and reasonably priced, especially the local wines. We would return without hesitation."
