"My husband and I had a last-minute trip to London and I really wanted to go to High Tea somewhere. So I looked on OpenTable and found that Corinthia was available for a time that worked with us and made the reservation. We went into this beautiful hotel, which was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. I enjoyed having festiveness all around. The atmosphere could definitely be a review of its own. It was breathtaking. We went to the middle foyer area where the high tea was and told them we had a reservation and they sat us immediately. We sat next to the beautiful center table display and got some fantastic pictures of it. Our waitress Bella made the experience that much more amazing. She was attentive, kind, chatty, and had the best smile. We enjoyed talking to her about clotted cream and the sandwiches and she was able to give us very interesting information. She honestly made the experience even better for us. The food was very good and there was a lot of it. We loved the sandwiches and scones. And the desserts were out of this world. We made Bella aware of my strawberry allergy and checked to make sure nothing none of the desserts had strawberries and brought me raspberry jam for my scones. As a whole, we loved the experience and hope to return someday to have another experience with high tea."

fabulous afternoon tea at the Corinthia. My guests loved it and the food was amazing. All staff were very helpful and we had no pressure over the table (was the calm before the storm of Christmas bookings).

A what a place! I was fortunate to visit for afternoon tea as a birthday gift and wow, what an experience it was. The most perfect of surroundings, coupled with amazing sandwiches and sweet treats with a glass of champagne from a beautiful glass. Perfect from start to finish.

The ambiance (decorated for the festive season) was absolutely beautiful, the food exceptional, the sandwiches and pastries explained to us, all dietary needs catered for but what made our afternoon fabulous was the service! Well done Corinthia your staff were exceptional, welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly just lovely. We will be back.

When I arrived, there was a guy I told him I had a reservation. told me the afternoon was over. My booking was 5:45. I told him I confirmed a reservation. He told me that my reservation does not show on his system he was not helpful and rude when I showed him the confirmation I received, then he told me that I would send you someone to put you on the table and let me wait. The atmosphere in general was fine nothing special the food was good and nothing special the waiter was so friendly and very welcoming, the price for what I got, I think it is a bit over estimated.
