After a great morning exploring the Cave filled with other-worldly formations, we emerged famished. Our local guide took us to this quaint local restorante. The courses were plentiful and full of flavor! We started with the house anti pasta which was more than cheeses and meats... were were served small baked vegetable tarts, bruschetta and little fried bread balls along with a nice assortment of salumi and cheese. The primi piatti pasta was the best I’ve eaten so far this month. I had the tagliatelle with fava bean purée. It was creamy and spicy and the pasta was cooked perfectly.
